Finding your incoming webhook

You'll need administrative access to your Slack instance to set-up an alert.

Visit your Slack integrations page.
Add an Incoming Webhook:
Choose a channel, then "Add Incoming Webhooks Integration":
Copy your Webhook URL (https://hooks.slack.com...) and paste it into the form.

Search Tips

Only use one term or phrase per alert.

"slack chat", "slack app", slackhq is terrible! Just start with one: "slack chat"

You can create additional alerts after you verify your account.
Use quotation marks to match an exact phrase:

"Mount Gay Rum" is better than Mount Gay Rum.

(Bacardi is a terrible beverage, but bacardi is a fine keyword.)
To search for a specific domain mention, surround it in quotes: "diffbot.com"
Don't be too generic with your search term. Search terms like "facebook" or "apple" will return notifications all the time.

Better keywords: "Apple Music" pricing, "f8 conference", diffbot "computer vision"
